Need to track your order – SalMart? Use your order ID to find real-time updates and get shipment information right here.

If you received a tracking number from our vendor, you can track your order on their logistics page:

To track your order, enter your order number and the email you used during purchase. You’ll get up-to-date shipping status and delivery estimates.

If your product is fulfilled by a vendor or marketplace (such as Alibaba or Amazon), we will redirect you to their tracking system when available.

Can’t find your order status? Contact our support team and we’ll assist you right away. You can also visit the Help Center for troubleshooting tips.

Don’t have a tracking link? Submit your order ID and we’ll update you via email.

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with your shipping update.
